Anyone done it? My girlfriend sells real estate and she's been trying to get me into this for a while now. On the one hand, it sounds like it could be fun and an easy way to make money. On the other hand, it sounds like it could be a nightmare and an easy way to lose your shirt. If you've done it, tell me your experiences.

me and my dad find houses to sell, i partially own two with him... if your gonna get into it, do what we do,find 2-3 family homes and fix them up make em nice, the value of the house goes up when it looks more attractive.

plus you have tenants that pay you your set rent.
