For Anyone who works at a theatre (Possible SM3 teaser)

Hey guys,

I worked in a theatre in highschool and I know many people here might know where I'm going with this.

If ANYONE here works in a theatre that will be recieving reels of Superman Returns (possibly next tuesday 27th)

Find out if there is indeed a Spidey 3 teaser attached to it. It may be under a different name to throw people off (this can be remedied because it's usually a fake movie name and easy to spot out.

A friend of mine working in a theatre has told me she has no clue.. but that's very common. Spider-Man 2 was labelled "Within the Woods" (nod to raimi) when its teaser came out.

any takers in trying to find out?
also if you can catch a glimpse of it

Good idea...sorry I do not work at a theatre, a bank instead. I think theatres will be receiving reels of SR before next Tuesday since many places will be having midnight screenings. I say they are already sent out and most theatres should be getting them by the end of this week or the latest the beginning of next week.

i work at an amc in toronto. we have superman returns reels already(at least some of them if not all)...I asked my manager bout all this by the way and he said spider-man 3 was not in the can but it is common for fake names to be given to big movies when superman returns teaser came in with harry potter it was not called superman returns. so i guess unless its under a diff name these reports are false.

My buddy told me the same deal happens alot with him. He said he'll let me know what the SM3 deal is.

I don't think they will put a teaser trailer with Superman, this could only help Superman's Box Office Numbers. I doubt Sony wants that, and neither do I!

eh...it's really not gonna affect the box office that much. because first of all, not many people know about it. sure, some die-hard fans like us who get the scoops know about it, but it'll be a surprise to most people.

plus, it'll wind up online around the same time anyway.

sony also wants a lot of people to see it and get hyped.

umm.. I think the whole movie has been shown through out the 100 trailers and tv spots they have shown. not a big fan of superman anyway though.

I've never worked in a movie theatre before,, but why dont you guys, since you have the reels already... Just on your off hours WATCH THE DAMN THING AND FIND OUT YOURSELF!?!?!?!??

I think that that argument was kinda pointless. surley if Marvel have a good buisness head they would want the teaser to be on a film that has good numbers, they wouldn't exactly be wanting it to go on the start of a film that won't be seen much.
