Found out why Joker is so hard to find....

My source was a guy that was on ebay who used to be affiliated with Mattel. He still knows some people there, and that's what he heard. But let me get this straight....They're no longer on recall...or, They've never been on recall. Some **** like that. But I can tell you this, I've been out there...I've been to 3 Wal-Marts in my region, and all I came up with was a BB Batman. I was told those were the only figures coming in, and even they had set on the shelves for weeks, but were slowly picked off. I'm going to get people I know in the areas close to these Wal-Marts to start checking for me as often as possible. I'm just so sick of the whole scalping thing....It seems to me, that it's not just the scalpers and the uber collectors. Mattel is obviously not making enough of these things. They need to make more to match the demand.
Mattel is gonna have a bunch of angry joker face-painted fans outside their office HQ pretty soon

All fans and collectors for this film should hold up on the auctions and wait. There will be plenty of MM Jokers in due time. It's not like this is a limited release. Screw the scalpers. Mattel knows there is great demand for it and they do not benefit from those fat, snot-nose nerds who have nothing better to do than wait around Walmarts for little plastic figures to come in. Mattel is short packing to drive demand and they will produce the product to meet that demand. Ignore those who tell you to buy on Ebay, because it is likely THEIR auctions their directing you to. Keep watching and eventually those figures will line the shelves.

Why does everyone say Joker is so hard to find? I think Joker's thug is the hardest. I've never seen any of those. I've seen a few jokers in my time, though.

Joker is extremely hard to find. and to mee, the enitre toy line is hard to find

spida-man is right the entire line is hard to find....but seriously....You don't even see many Gotham City Thugs on ebay. That's telling you something right there. Also, if Jokers are so hard to find, then why is 95% of the Dark Knight action figures on ebay MM Jokers? I think it's the hype...Scarecrow is also very common on there, which makes me believe he's fairly easy to find at least in some areas. I just wonder how long it will be until Mattel starts mass producing these things......
