The Observers don't have a blueprint - they EXIST in all possible timelines simultaneously, thus they can (in effect) see all possible futures.

Ok, guys. I think we've overreacted enough. You can hardly blame Fox for preempting their shows to fill a contractual obligation with Major League Baseball.

Plus, they can't pass up on airing something that brings in 20+million views as opposed to something that brings in 3+million.

Most likely, yes. Even if Game 7 finished in time, Fox probably wouldn't air tonight's episode (even though that would be one hell of a lead in).

If we're lucky, we'll get a double episode next week. Or maybe a double episode during sweeps next month.
