I haven't been playing on Live too much, so I cant really come up with too much to say on my behalf, but what are some of the funniest things you've heard while playing multiplayer games on Live?

I haven't heard anything funny, but I've heard a lot of annoying. Especially since I started playing Halo recently, I've muted many many people.

I really hate the ones who just make a constant noise the whole time.

I never really hear anything funny. Mostly just what you said and someone sent my friend a message saying "Stop playing Halo 3". It was after his first match.

ive had a guy tell me that he believed he was drugged and forced into a porno or somethin....it was hilarious cause it sounded forreal and he seemed paranoid that he might have been with a guy

The funniest thing i ever seen was a PS3 fanboy and a Xbox Fanboy arguing. In Halo 3 and then i think the Ps3 fanboy betrayed him like a couple of times and then got booted.

Funniest thing I've ever heard was on Gears multiplayer. I had these two morons on my team talking to each other, and they were both really confused about whatever it was they were talking about. I swear to god it sounded just like Abbot and Costello's Who's on First? routine. Only it wasn't a routine, just two idiots that didn't really know what they were talking about.

not to offend anyone who is southern, but i was playing COD4 about a couple months ago and there was this guy on me team who i don't know how to describe it sounded like a southern robot hillbilly and after the game was done everyone in the lobby totally made fun of him and was asking "is that your real voice?"

The funniest thing occurred in Grand Theft Auto 4. There were a handful of British kids and a handful of hood rat kids, who sounded like they were from ATL. Anywho they were ripping on eachother left and right and mimicking each others accents. I didn't say a word, I just sat back and listen as the ghetto ass kids did bad Hugh Grant impersonations. One player, BabyBoi86, even said "Terribly sorry" at least 4x.

My best experience on Live was when GTA IV came out. Me and my buddies were all doing Team Mafia Work and 2 of my friends started talking like italian mobsters and the word "moolie" was used every other word(its ok cuz my 2 friends themselves were african american). Soon our entire team was talking like that and we kept it up all night. It was a blast. I have some goofy ass friends.

Me & my XBL friends (who I think I like more than my real friends lol) always do ******ed crap. It's just a part of XBL for me, so not much stands out.

Haha i know what ya mean. Most of my friends that i know personally arent as big into games as i am, not so for my Live friends.

After a match on Castle Crashers a guy sent me a voice message and in a weasily voice started griping about the way I fought since he felt it was cheap and he hated me and all I stood for. It was funnier to hear him say it all...but I laughed a good bit. :D

There's this great game that's faded into obscurity, but it was an amazing online multiplayer experience: Phantom Dust. Imagine a strategy card game in real-time...look up some videos on YouTube or something. Truly an amazing game.

In any case, after you beat the game on the single-player setting you get this really cool technique you can add to your arsenal: "Mind-Reading." It's only useful on XBL: if you're playing a 2 v. 2 match, typically you can't hear what the other team is discussing. With this skill you can...and they won't know it.

So there really wasn't any particular instance, but it's just hilarious to listen to the other team panic when they think you're not listening. It was a brilliant idea on the part of the game's developers. Good times. :woot:

Playing COD:WaW, some older guy and a little kid are arguing in the lobby after the game, and finally the older guy says 'look kid, I've made a baby, and I've killed a baby, call me when your balls drop.' Something about how proud he was of this fact was incredibly funny.

I've heard some funny things but I don't remember. However, I said something that made the entire lobby laugh on Halo 3, and my friends I was playing with said it was the funniest thing they've heard.

My friends and I always like to talk about how hot Avril Lavigne was, and one time as I was deatiling the things I would do to her, well...

"Dude, I was **** the **** out of her. I would eat the corn of her poop. That woman is so hot and I would just- Oh. Hi mom."

My mom gave me a very strange look.

Another time, I was talking to my friends, when all of a sudden we were transported to the lobby. About 25ish people heard me say "God, I hate ******* so much. Oops."

I'm not racist, I did it on purpose as a joke. Hilarity.

By far, one of the funniest instances I've encountered is how angry toward me and my friends this entire server got because we joined their Protect the Witnesses game just after Grand Theft Auto 4: The Lost and Damned came out, and we began acting like we were mentally ******ed.

Well, we joined the cops' team, and as soon as the first witness jumped off the bus, we began screaming, "KILL DEH WITNESSSSSSS!", and gunning the witness down.

They weren't able to figure out just who it was, so the game started back up with me as the bus driver :-)hehe:). Well, I believe one dude managed to figure out who we were, so he tipped the bus over... Everyone helped get it back up, but for revenge, I drove the bus into the river.

I've earned the nickname "The *****ebag" in my group of friends on XBox Live. Now you can see why. :hehe:

A 9-year-old screaming "Where's the banshee?!?!" during Halo 2. Funniest goddamn thing I've ever heard.

I have two.

Once I was playing in a room and there was a kid and some teenage-adult guy, and they were fighting about something stupid, and the guy said something about the kid's mom, and the kid goes "you don't even know what my mom looks like!" and he goes "yeah I do" and he says "what color's her hair?" and the guy goes "white because I unloaded in it last night".
I lol'd for awhile.

I also met a four year old (sounds like it too) who plays M rated games and cusses like a sailor. He gets pissed too.

One time there was a guy who was yelling at his daughter to get out of the fridge and go to bed. I found it hilarious.

Another time there was a guy just standing there, so I killed him, and he yelled at me. Very Brittish "Hey you ****, I was waiting for my gun to respawn"

I told him I didn't know we got immunity if we were waiting for a gun and he just went off.

Neither are that funny, but both made me laugh
