...been reading (and enjoying immensely) the new Marvel Event Annihilation and I've got a question that bugs the crap out of me....(bugs..lol..unintended pun)
I stopped reading Silver Surfer many many many (well you get the point...I'm old) years ago. My memory of the character and his relationship with Galactus is spotty at best. ..what I do seem to remember is that SS would seek out uninhabitable worlds for Galactus to devour and that he turned on Galactus when he tried to devour earth..... but I don't remember SS ever believing that Galactus was a "Natural Part of the Universe"...or in SS's own words "Galactus must feed, such is the way of "
or per AirWalker "Galactus is because he must be "
I guess my question is whether or not it's been confirmed in print that Galactus is indeed a required/necessary, nonetheless brutal part of the Universe.....or are The Nova Corps correct in their view that he's simply a Universal threat and should be exterminated if possible?
