Gambit Cameo in X3

I don't think it was Gambit. Even the background mutants who did almost nothing got credited as the character they were supposed to be, but Gambit wasn't in the credits.

We have NEVER been given an official and perfectly straight answer on who that guy is and why he was standing up there with the rest of the main BOEM! I honestly think that is Gambit and the creative team feels too afraid to admit that b/c they know people are gonna rant and complain about his look and screentime. Look at how Penn just complained about the negative feedback his X3 script recieved.

The novelisation has Radian (a light-emitter I think) as one of the Brotherhood at Jean's house.

Ah but Kinberg lied about a lot more things than Penn did. They are also not specific. They still don't give a straight up answer of who that guy was and why he was up there! What other character would be put up there with long dark hair and a trench coat?

He's was just a filler character. I bet they put the coat on him as an easter egg for people looking for Gambit, but didn't actually make the character Gambit(his eyes are white, not red).

We're talking about Penn, not Kinberg. And obviously, he did give a straight up answer that it was Avalanche. Jeez, you just look for anything to cry about, don't you?

Check this out. When Magneto is giving his speech in the woods (they have their weapons, we have ours part), check just behind him when he raises his arms and says "And nothing shall stop us" or something like that. There is a handsome man with long hair and a leather trenchcoat. Could he be the elusive Mr Lebeau? Alongside Magneto were his "generals", the mutants with a name (Callisto, Arclight, Pyro, Jean, Juggy, Madrox, Quill) so it stands to reason he was also one of his "generals".

Perhaps they intented to put him in the movie but his role was cut after that scene was shot.

yeah, it can be him. its really disapponting. I generally never critisize this movie, but if gamit WAS there, he should have been USED at least once. But hopefully maybe in x4 we will see him as a main character?? *sighs* Anyway, i'm not his greatest fan

My fact was that if he was in the movie he she have been used well , given some importance and a chance to show his powers.
