Before anyone acts like the world is gonna end when I say this,I just wanna let it be known that i'm just throwing out an idea.First the guy in the trench coat behind Kid Omega in the forest,people are saying it might have been Gambit.. I don't see why not because he is standing with the somewhat important cast of brotherhood mutants(pyro,callisto,kid omega,magneto,phoenix and arclight).But to get to the point, if it was indeed Gambit they could have utalized him better, I was thinking in the end battle when Magneto tells arclight to get rid of the humans weapons,after she sends the 2 shockwaves that destroyed the guns Magneto could have then said Gambit (or Remy), you would then see the trench coat guy walk to the front reach into his pocket and pull out like four playing cards, his eyes start to glow red as the cards charge, then you see him throw the cards at the ground in front of a few of the soldiers and explode on impact blowing them away,then he could pull out a full pack of cards chargin the whole deck aim them at more soldiers then riffle them towards them starting from left to right, it would look like a machine gun of kinectically charged cards flying at troops and exploding,and that would be his scene...Again this is just an idea I made up, i'm not saying that the guy was Gambit i'm just throwing out an idea of a scene i thought of.

nah, i would have just been pissed he wasn't in more of the movie

i like the reason why kingberg and penn didn't put him in...he wasn't going to be an important character, and in his little time it could have pissed off so many fans

i have no problem holding out for an awesome gambit who is wolverine like in X1 or something as opposed to a cameo

i'd rather have him rule in 1 movie, then be a bit in 4

You have to understand, Ratner doesn't commit to appeasing fans. He would rather put his butt buddy Ken Leung in the film and have him kill people by hugging them, only to disintegrate 10 minutes later.

It should have been a simple matter of giving Remy his moment in this film after the "bar scene" cameo in the 2nd film. But they will give us all kinds of BS and deny the real fans such simple pleasures.

You have to understand, Ratner doesn't commit to appeasing fans. He would rather put his butt buddy Ken Leung in the film and have him kill people by hugging them, only to disintegrate 10 minutes later.

It should have been a simple matter of giving Remy his moment in this film after the "bar scene" cameo in the 2nd film. But they will give us all kinds of BS and deny the real fans such simple pleasures.

I feel what your saying,Ratner should think of the fans more than keeping a buddy employed...
