Gamers' Legacy: retro console discussion thread

I picked up the system today, and I was able to get it running, but it's going to need some repairs. The fire button won't work for player 1 no matter which joystick I use, and apparently the I/O chip is what's at fault. I can order a replacement one from Best Electronics for about $8, but it's going to take a bit of soldering to replace. This thing will be a bit of a project, but it just so happens that I like projects, so this will be fun. I also might refurbish a controller or two, since they're all a bit beat up. Also, I'm going to need to replace the RF adapter since the one it came with works like crap (it's even rusty).
