Ok, let's here. What are some of the games you guys have that you hold sentimental value towards, doesn't matter whether it was a good game or a bad game, let's here it. I know I got quite a few in my collection, also, let's here about some of the games in your collection that you could never see yourself giving up or trading in.

Mortal Kombat
Battlefield Bad Company 2

Half Life 2
Deus Ex
Fallout 3
Sonic 2
Super Mario Bros.

Super Smash Bros.
Spiderman 2
Lord of the Rings Two Towers
Lord of the Rings Return of the King
Batman Arkham Asylum.

Unless you guys are like 12 or something, I don't see how you could feel nostalgic or sentimental about games that came out like two or three years ago, but whatever. Here's mine.

Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3
Super Mario Land 1 and 2
Kirby's Dream Land
Mega Man 2, 3, and 4
Mega Man X and X2
Mega Man Legends
Star Fox
Super Mario RPG
Secret of Mana
Final Fantasy VI
Every Zelda game from Zelda II up to and including Majora's Mask
The Adventures of Lolo
Monster Party
Paper Boy
Bubble Bobble
Toobin'
Super Smash Bros.
Phantasy Star Online
Metal Gear Solid
Morrowind
Pokemon Blue
Tomba!
Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2
Sonic 2 and 3
Disney's Aladdin
Goldeneye
Half-Life
Age of Empires

Ico - because it was the first game I got for the PS2
Final Fantasy IX - It was the first Final Fantasy I beat.
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic - It was the first time I REALLY got into a story for a game. That revelation toward the end of the game really blew my mind.
Resident Evil 4 - My brother and I had a lot of bonding time because of this game.
Dungeon Siege - I would spend nights up playing through the entire story multiple times.
Pokemon Blue and Silver
Medal of Honor Frontline
Power Rangers for the Genesis
Sonic 2
Star Wars Episode 1 Podracing
Jet Force Gemini
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.

Sonic 2...my friend had that. Neither of us could ever beat Chemical Plant Stage 2. So I when finally beat it a few months ago on my Genesis, I was like AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I played that game non-stop for years. One year, our tv broke. It still showed a picture, but the colors were messed up and I played Sonic with a weird rainbow tint. I didn't care though, because it made my Sonic experience unique.

Regardless of whether they came out last year or thirty years ago, these are the games I'll never get tired of and never give up on:

Red Dead Redemption
Freedom Force/ FF vs. the Third Reich
anything Tom Clancy, but esp. Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six and Splinter Cell
Galaga
Marvel Ultimate Alliance (the first one more than the second)
X-Men Legends (both)
Spider-Man 2
Assassins' Creed --- the entire franchise
Mugen
Forza Motorsports
Halo series
Sid Meier's Civilization series
Thief series
Rock Band series
Fallout series
a pretty good bit of the Tomb Raider series

Well, I don't think some truly understand the sentimental part of the thread, but whatever. Some of my list.

GTA 3
Diddy Kong Racing
Resident Evil 2
Dance Dance Revolution
Paperboy
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Sonic Adventure 1 & 2
Tiny Toon Adventures (on Genesis)
Carmen Sandiego games
The Sims
Hollywood High
Jurassic Park arcade games
Harvest Moon for the Gameboy color

I'm kinda feeling the same way as well. But yeah, here's my collection. I stopped for a bit due to the lack of funds, but once I get some money freed up, I'm definitely getting more

I didn't start playing games until late into the Sega Genesis' life cycle, so pretty much that whole system has sentimental value. However it wasn't until the Dreamcast and Shenmue that i started to consider myself a gamer. That was the first time i realized games could be more than just something to waste time on during a weekend.

Spider-man for the PS1
Spider-man 2: Enter Electro
The Simpsons Hit and Run
Ultimate Spider-man

I loved all of those games.
