GameTrailers did a comparison between the PS3 and 360 versions of GRID and their comparison made the 360 version look like it had better graphics and whatnot.

However both versions were the PS3 version. When showing the better looking 360 version it had the PlayStation buttons on it.

GameTrailers was always accused of having a 360 bias when doing their comparisons such as the PS3 version being at default settings while the 360 version being at the best settings and whatnot, but this video proved that they were intentionally doing so.

IMO, the PS3 has the BEST 2 exclusive games out this gen in Metal Gear Solid 4 and Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, and one of those titles could easily be the most brilliantly crafted video game ever(MGS4). I use my 360 far more than i use my PS3, but i couldnt see myself not owning one when a title like Metal Gear is on that platform.

The console war is stupid. You know what you like, you shouldn't need a website to confirm that for you. Generally, GT reviews are pretty fair to me, but they have had their times when I thought the reviews were strangely scored, but who cares..in most cases you know if you're buying a game or not.

Never-the-less...to fairly review something you must look at it with an open mind. Otherwise the reviewer loses credibility. This site has just admitted to having some sort of personal vendetta against PS3. Hard to take their reviews seriously now.

There's a difference between expressing your opinion on what system you like more and what GameTrailers does. I have a personal preference for the Playstation 3. But I'm not going to proclaim that it is so much better than the Xbox 360 and manipulate settings to prove so. GameTrailers manipulates the settings of both consoles intentionally to make the Xbox 360 look better than the Playstation 3 while claiming to not be biased and try and present it as the truth.

And when GameTrailers tries to look like a neutral site, employees shouldn't be going off making blogs like that. It's as Matt says, it makes it look like GameTrailers has a personal vendetta against the Playstation 3 for no reason.

True, but it comes at a time when GameTrailers is accused of having a very pro-360 bias (for good reasons) when they want to come off as a neutral source of gaming information.

Even though it isn't officially from GameTrailers, this blog is going to be used to fuel the argument, which does have a very good basis due to their comparison videos, that they do have a bias towards the 360.

They should have removed that blog and allowed that employee put it up on some other blog site. The employee should have not put that blog on GameTrailers because of what it is going to do to GameTrailers' image.
