TheGrayGhost said:It's pretty much understood that Nintendo had the best showing. I personally judged the exhibition on how much each booth attracted people. And Nintendo was fortunate in having the longest lines in E3 history. That says it all. I mean, whether or not some of us on the internet may not have cared for their showing, it cannot be denied that people were stampeding across the showroom floor to the Nintendo area. By default, that type of anticipation has to be rewarded with "the best showing at E3."
That can be attributed to the simple fact that Nintendo had the element of curiosity on their side. Just because Nintendo had the longest lines at E3 does not exactly mean that they had the best games or the best showing. People were anxious to try out Nintendo's latest hardware, get a feel for the unique experience...as that press conference already seemed to have them pumped up quite a bit. Honestly speaking, if I were at E3, I too would have rushed to take the Wii for a test drive the first chance I'd get as soon as I hit the show floor.
