Sci-Fi Gareth Edwards reportedly in talks to return for Jurassic World Rebirth sequel

I found Rebirth extremely meh. But I do like Edwards as a director so hopefully him being involved from the start helps.

Really liked Rebirth. Curious what they can do with proper development time.

I mean it clearly had the proper development time. Amazing what you can do without announcing it before you even have a concept of a plan. They had a script ready to go, with a lot of pre production done. Its likely why Lietch dropped out, because he wanted to make to many changes that would require a delay.

Rebirth was about as mediocre as modern blockbusters go but it made money so I'm not surprised about this. I'll say the same thing I've said since Fallen Kingdom, "I'll be cautiously hopeful it can't be the worse than the last one" and hopefully they won't disappoint me with the 4th movie in a row.

This was a nice group of leads to spend a couple hours with, which is far more than I can say for the previous cast, so while I can't say I'm hyped, I will say I'm looking forward to this sequel more than the other World's, at any rate.

You think Rebirth was worse then Dominion?

I'm sure there are no shallow reasons attached to this. :o
