Anyone have any experience with Best Buy's elite squad?

My laptop broke two months ago, and they were great. Had to send it out to HP for fixing, but got it back a few days BEFORE their projected date

Yea they're great, as long as you don't expect them to help you with any issues with electronics not purchased from best buy. My wife had a key popped off of her keyboard, we didn't have one of those little screwdrivers and the *******s brought it out to our laptop and then asked where we purchased it. Upon finding out it was not from BB, they said they couldn't do anything.

So I went and spent my $1500 on a laptop at CompUSA.
