Dr. Strange Multiverse of Madness has been rumored to feature popular characters from alternate universes for a while now (classic Nick Fury, alternate Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver).
Now, following the cancellation of Marvel TV's Ghost Rider as well as announcement of one appearing in the MCU, there's this loose rumor stemming from 4chan being passed around about a female Ghost Rider being cast in November or December.
Bella Thorne supposedly is being looked into by Marvel Studio's to play Alejandra Jones as a Ghost Rider chanced upon in an alternate reality in the Dr. Strange sequel.

She's known by some fans as a Disney gal whose grown up now being herself despite what others may say are the rules she should play by as she's willing to explore beyond societal standards at times without being constantly controlled by them. Hence, putting her back at a Disney based movie at Marvel Studio's in this kind of role may be seen as a good collaborative option as the spirit of vengeance that is Ghost Rider.
It may be risque (I'm not judging one way or the other personally) to call her character Alejandra Jones after Robbie Reyes series ended though to avoid whitewashing controversy. This point seems to have been mentioned in comments sections pertaining to this rumor so I can't say I'm sure how much negative buzz this would cause from a PR standpoint.
While I would prefer Marvel Studio's just left the character alone for now, if they want to go wild and crazy showcasing a lot of different characters that haven't been able be seen on screen yet then I suppose a storyline involving travelling through a bunch of different realities could be the time to do it.
