Ghost Rider: The Game(s)

I'm playing on easy and I find my self dying every once in a while.I don't so good when there is 5 little guys and 2 big ones.

I did Easy, then I'll go to higher levels. On Easy, I died once. No, I haven't tried Blade. I looked at Ghost Rider 2099 and Vengeance and that's it. I have everything unlocked except the comics. I'll do that later, I already have those issues in real life.

My mistake was spending all my points on upgrading my moves and I didn't purchase the extended health bar. My advice would be to do that first. I died constantly crashing the bike on one level and I had a tough time beating Lillith(sp?) on the train.

I hated the motorcycle stuff at first but it really grew on me. It's a nice change of pace.

I know My son is going to LOVE this game because of all the different things in the game you need to do.

I'll definitely give it a rent later on.

But how is the replay value? Tons of unlockable? Is there a reason to make you pay the game all the way through again? Because if it's just 3 hours to beat, they ain't worth buying for anyone.

I don't trust that time index or else I really suck at the game. I've played off and on for OVER three real hours and I don't think I'm close to beating the game yet.

Gamespot and IGN gave it a 4.0 out of 10. That's harsh. Usually I agree with most of their reviews but this at least deserved a 7.0. Its the perfect game to play when you want to release from a stressful day at work or school.

No, Hulk Ultimate Destruction is for stress.

But a 4/10 for this game? No. No. ATLEAST a 7, I agree. But, can't spell with "ignorant" out "IGN".

Don't know about Gamespot....can't spell..."garbage" without "Gamespot"...(?)

Don't forget game informer webhead. My GF had a magazine with a review for Ghost Rider and they ripped it a new one. They're too harsh.

I'm currently on "The Summit" and the game time says 5:42:36

This game is hardly brief and, for me, it's been well worth the cost of buying it.

I've played a couple of minutes with Blade, and guess what, he sucks. He only has melee attacks, you don't have any upgrades, only a small amount of moves, combos suck ass, etc.

And there still seems to be either a third costume for Ghost Rider, or maybe even Blade. There are still some question marks.

I'd give it a 6-7/10. Because let's be honest, aside from constantly beating up enemies and Hellcycle missions there isn't much else to do. At least DMC and GOW had some riddles. Or neat stuff like ripping of a Medusa's head and turning your enemies to stone and stuff like that, a lot of variety.

PSM3 magazine just reviewed the PS2 and PSP versions. I find their reviews to be pretty much on the money and unbiased.

They gave the PS2 version 58% and the PSP version 65%.

The summary in the verdict box was:

'An unambitious game which aims for medicrity and nails it dead on. For fans only'

Well I'm at the final level fighting a Godzilla sized Blackheart. And I must say the design they gave him is really good. It looks like the perfect movie version of Blackheart. IF your at the Muck Monster level then you don't have far to go. But yeah, Blackheart looks really good.

You know what makes fun? Playing Ghost Rider while listening to Rob Zombie. Especially playing the last Hellcycle mission, listening to Demon Speeding.

I don't get all these harsh reviews? this game's leagues above X3 the movie game, and I don't remember everyone bagging on that one!

Anyway, who cares about reviews, I'm enjoying everybit of this game and I can't wait to unlock Blade

I hope we get like a Ultimate Spiderman style thing. Free Roam, based on comic events, lots of comic characters. A Ghost Rider comic themed video game.
