Girl arrest for dropping a cake.

This is just unfathomable. The guards should be fired. The girl, the student with the camera, his sister, and the girl's mother should all be let free and cleared of anything against them.

They should have just made her lick all the crumbs from the floor. :sym:
problem solved. :ninja:

If what this person says is true, those guards should go to jail for a while.

I wish this was an actual article, though. wasn't written professionally.

Well, here's a video I found on it.

i don't understand, why the cameraman and his sister was arrested?

Wow. Strong lunchroom fascism. :down

jag

Because it's a case of them arresting and striking fear into anyone who may tell on them.

Agreed.

At least she wasn't tased.

Well, the story seems legit. There has to be more to it though. The writer of the article still thinks the taser kid was unjustified, so his opinion isn't vaild. I think it's the media hyping up a situation like always. It's still bad, but not "the road to a police state" like everybody is so quick to claim.

yeah right this is fake no one ever abuses authority.

I'm trying to figure out how the hell these other kids actually got arrested. How does no one who has some type of authority say something about her sister who was just present at the scene being arrested. Or that kid who was videotaping it who was tackled. I don't understand how that legally is actually allowed to happen.

It's not legally allowed to happen, that's why I think there is more to the story.

It's not. That's why there is such an outcry. We'll just have to wait for more details to come out.

Some people just cant have their cake and eat it too.

Cops can do all sorts of illegal @hit. My stupid friend got picked up for a DUI, passed the test but still got an overnighter. The best part is the cops also arrested the two people in the car (both actually drunk, but not driving and no open containers) and threatened to arrest me for coming over and asking them why they were arresting these people in the first place. You get to file a report about them, but really what the hell does that do? The same cops were there the very next night randomly pulling people over.

Now the school is going to ban all birthdays and not allow music by Cake to be played on school grounds.
