What lobbyists? those wanting stricter swimming pool regulations.....if so....."more power to them" there needs to be more regulations, and better regulations on products. There are several patents pending on, what looks to be, excellent "drain guards" for swimming pools....those need to get out to the market place......

Also, many pools have one drain, which puts all suction through one area.....simply requiring 2 drains per pool could help as well...
