She shouldn't have aimed it at him, but why did the pistol-owner randomly decide at some point to load the gun?
it's beyond negligient for the gun owner to have let a loaded weapon sit on the counter. the owner would, presumably, have seen them "dry firing" at one another; earlier in the day.
I used to playfully smack my friends in the face with snow balls, or we'd playfully wrestle then someone would get kicked in the nuts and we'd all have to stop. Kids these days and their "toys".....
