most of the other strip clubs you have to pay at the door, all you do is buy two beers for about 6 to 8 bucks and watch the free show, best to go after 6 pm, more dancers are out

As for escorts, yes, you could very well get arrested if you're engaging in some sort of sex for money transaction (or proposing as much to an undercover officer). Some of those escorts are also a scam where they get you up to your room and then let their friends in so they can shake you down for cash and valuables.

Yes it's illegal, only legal in a little town outside Las vegas. You want some really cute ones then go to the higher price joints, just expect to pay more. Did see some cute ones at the GlitterGlutch and not so cute ones

Other clubs you might be interested in are Spearmint Rhino and Sapphire. Both are huge (Sapphire is the largest strip club in the world, supposedly) and have big-time party atmospheres (particularly the Rhino), and they both bring in mostly top notch girls. I prefer Treasures, though. It's a little bit smaller, has excellent girls as well, and is a little bit more intimate without all the frat boy types hanging around. Just watch out for the "30 minutes in the VIP booth" trick. They'll get you back there and keep on dancing well past the 30 minutes and then tell you that you owe them for all the extra time. I had this happen to a buddy to the tune of $400+ at the Spearmint Rhino. He still gets sh1t for it to this day. Haha!

Four Queens and the Cortez have great blackjack odds compared to most of the places on the strip (though I have found some decent games at MGM). Golden Nugget did a big renovation on their property, too. They have a slide at their pool that goes smack through the middle of a shark tank. How cool is that?

They are. You probably went to one of those "special" stripclubs because ones with ugly fat women are the exception and not the rule in vegas.

Well, I am going back to Vegas in October. I went last August, I was 21, and spent most of my time in the casinos wasting time...but making money . I went to see one show, Lance Burton, and that is about it. I want to know some stuff I need to do this time so I have a lot of fun. I will spend another day or so in the casinos but I want to see an awesome show and experience the night life this time. Any suggestions or hints?

also ask the locals about favorites places to eat and check out, they will know the good places besides the tourist traps ones. My friend found one after asking a local and I sooo love the steak they made. Can't recall the name but it was down near Fremont street

One place the locals all rave about, and for VERY good reason, is Ellis Island, which is back behind Bally's. It's a little locals casino, but they have a brewery with AWESOME beers and an amazing barbecue menu that is CHEAP. Some of the best ribs you'll ever eat, too. We went there for a late lunch last time we were in Vegas and I was in heaven. A fantastic beer and an incredible plate of ribs. I could have eaten there every single meal. I think I paid $9.95 for a full rack of baby back ribs. God those were good!

Morg, check out lvtalk.com. Great Vegas oriented forum. I spent some time there before our last trip out to Vegas and picked up some great tips and pointers from the folks there that really made our trip great because we got to see some things we didn't know about, eat at some places we'd never have known about, and even got a full suite upgrade at Mandalay Bay using the "$20 trick" which was a new concept to me.
