Goku vs superman as seen in wizard magazine

Ok guys, this was a mysterious issue.

I never read the magazine, but who the heck one? I'm hearing that goku flat out destroyed supes.

Anyway, I remember years ago coming across this magazine my cousin had with a war between anime and american cartoons (Homer Simpson was in there, I don't remember if Superman was or not).

What mag was that from? The art was pretty good from what I remember.
