I will pull an Andy from Shawshank Redemption and keep writing Mike and Dan about putting Lexcorp in the sequel if I can just get correct address info to send them my thoughts. If all of us could write like 10 letters in support of Lexcorp that would be cool

Heh Heh. I will not contribute to your mass hysteria. Heh Heh.

I was just asking for valid contact info. I wasn't recruiting :o You guys get predictable :o Lol people missed the point again.

Uh....you asked for both....info and for people to write.

Starlog magazine puts websites of people in the business in their magazine every issue.....they may have a listing for them if you go to www.starlog.com

I tacked on a last sentence where I said it "would be cool if" I didn't ask people to write anything. I just had a picture in my head ala Andy from Shawshank trying to get a good library put in the prison by writing all the letters. Kind of like I'm Andy, one guy keeps writing many letters to make a difference. Ehh.. you'd have to get the reference better. Thx for the link btw, close thread ;) Imbeciles :p

I didn't miss the point, I was joking. :cwink: I thought me and you could do that.

The best way to contact Mike is via email or his Myspace site, but he doesn't accept ideas and or scripts from fans. It puts writers in a bad position.

Of course you can joke around with me, as I assume you at least got the Andy one man writing machine reference :)

I didn't get annoyed till a second guy typed his "Neither will I" ignoring the content of a thread.

I actually missed it.

I am with you now.

What is his email btw?

He doesn't accept the following any longer...

Please don't send or email scripts, concepts, script queries, head shots, casting inquiries, or midget porn as emails containing such things will not be read, but immediately and utterly destroyed.

So your ideas will be ignored, I don't blame him. It's a fine line.

You are the only one :(

People hate me here!

Poor me, I wake up every morning and have the same problem as the day before.

I'm still me
Could be worse....you could wake up and be musclesforsupes.

Or we could write them and ask them and Singer to go away and not mess up another Superman project. That's a better idea. You actually have a better chance seeing LexCorp going that route.

Wow, you really want Lexcorp in this movie.

Whats wrong with wanting something in a movie? We all view things our own way, and would have a certain way of dealing with it.

RE the OP, I would like to see LexCorp too, but I wouldn't be writing to the writers. Believe me - writers don't like being told what to do, because if they're not happy with it, they won't publish it.

I'm sure he scans the forums, looking for ideas. Ah, the joys of the internet's anonymity.

agree. as they regard themselve as professional and regard us as just the laymen and know nothing about story writing.

No wonder Mike D says he doesnt want any fan ideas submitted to him anymore on Myspace.

Youve probably harassed him to death Jc.

It wasn't JC that harassed Mike it was a large number of fans that were contacting him about the sequel and also submitting their ideas and unsolicited scripts. How can you blame the guy.

Seriously. For every one decent fan idea theres like 200 really bad ones.

It just puts a writer in a bad position, if he ends up using ideas that were brought upon by fans, he's in danger of being accused of snagging their ideas, no matter how absurd that is.

The best you can probably do is send letters to their representation agency and those will most likely just get shredded.

His generic agency contact info is available, but as he already has pointed out, he's not going to accept ideas, concepts or scripts. This is frowned upon in the world of filmmaking for a number of reasons.

Well the smart thing he can do is just see the vague ideas on a whole that fans want overall (like Lexcorp Lex for example)...

But not use their specific ideas on how to get there witht the character...
