cany anybody suggest some user friendly video mixing software that can be used for taking one song and mixing it to a different routine while being able to speed and slow either the audio down or the video to match the beat?

also how do I take the video off of a dvd?

A&W,

I don't know of any top of my head, except maybe Windows Movie Maker. But if you want quality, I'm afraid your going have to pay for it. Anyways, I'll look around a bit and see if I come up with something. Might be a few days since I start school Tuesday, and tomorrow is booked with work. =D

And what you do mean off a DVD? The actual file, or a segment of the Video on the DVD? I know silly question, but help with what kinda of software for what it's intention was.

G'Luck,
Ali

for ripping video off your dvd, i suggest you use VLC player
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

when you play your dvds on VLC it has a red record button just press it to record and press it again to stop record. the file should be in your documents.
