looking for a good mp3 player, with at least 2 gigs of hard drive space. I don't know which brands are good, i would've consider an ipod nano,if it was'ntfor the fact you have to send it in for the to replace the batteries. so hit me up with some suggestions.

eit:they also have to be cost effective.

Sansa e200 series are magnificent!

2gb, 4gb, 6gb, 8gb

Same size as a nano, the thumb wheel actually turns and lights up, plays and records radio, amazing audio recording quality, plays videos, pictures, songs and it isn't all listed. FIrst it starts out with thumbnails then breaks into lists (similar to the iPod) it works with mac and pc. And it's only have the price of a nano!!! Screens double size of Nano screen and it gets 10 times brighter then the nano!

they're totally fake

I'd still buy her dinner though, cuz it's the right thing to do for a lady dressed in dress who wears a gigantic electronic pendant necklace.

It doesn't work on a MAC?

Get a Creative ZEN. Relatively cheap, decent navigation, FM radio, voice recorder.

Get a Zen. I've got one, and it's brill.

The video quality is out of this world, with adjustable brightness, you can skip to any parts of the video...I've got a few full episodes of Scrubs on mine.

For music the sounds great, and it has tons of different ways to play your tunes. For the pictures, they come up as great quality too.

Haven't had a single problem with my Zen, since I stuck the firmware on. It's wise to do so when you buy it, or it may have hiccups every month or so.

I hate the Ipod.
I personaly recommend a Samsung, realatively decent price and durable( dropped mine several times and it runs like a champ)...I bought a 2gig for $119 at Sears.

Here's what mine looks like...nothing special and easy to use....it takes Windows Media player to upload songs.

Can the Zen play all the movie files that I bought on iTunes? I think they're just encrypted quicktime.
