Any death in Evil Dead.

Johnny Depp being turned into gore soup in A Nightmare On Elm Street.

Any death in An American Werewolf in London.

Any death in The Blob remake.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned the puppet death in Nightmare on Elm Street 3. That one gets me everytime.

I love to watch that scene, definitley one of the best death scenes in a horror film. It literally hurts to watch!


Another really gorey death is the poor colonist woman from LV-426 in Aliens who has the chestburster literally rip her chest open and crawl out. The sound of her bones cracking are bowel churning.

Clancy Brown killing the kid from "Salute your Shorts" with his bike stands out in my mind as a pretty gory death. Although I might be remembering it as more graphic than it actually is, but I havent seen the film since when it originally was making it's theatrical run (and dont have any interest in rewatching it either).

horror movies aren't really my thing. Sci-Fi and Fantasy is my movie guilty pleasure.
I do think Hellraiser was the most disgusting film ever made. Jeepers Creepers isn't gorey but scared the **** out of me.

Even though it isnt overly gory, mostly just alot of blood, I think Father Karras' death on the excorcist was pretty brutal/great.

I also thought the photographers death on The Omen (the original, not the POS remake) was fairly graphic.
