The Final Sacrifice (AKA, Rowsdower!)

It's not a great movie... it's not even a good movie. But it is an AWESOME movie. However, I've only seen the MST3K version. Not sure how the real version is (if copies even exist anymore). I mean... this is a movie so bad the director got the two lead actors names wrong in the end credits! How epic is that?

:applaud

That movie is indeed awesome and I would never pass down the opportunity to have a few beers with Rowsdower.

I hear that the bulk of indie films' budgets usually go towards camera equipment and film. If it was shot digitally, it probably lowered production costs by a lot.
Primer was shot on film. I probably should have noted that. Part of why I'm in awe of it as an indie.

You have horrible taste.

lol not to start anything, but I coincidentally was thinking the same about you. We definitely like different movies.

On Your Majesty's Secret Service- Definitely one of the better Bond films, as well as the closest to Ian Fleming's source material. If memory serves me correct, Nolan labeled it as one of his five favorite movies. Overlooked because complete unknown George Lazenby played Bond.
The Beguiled
Black and White in Colour
The Lost Weekend
Touching the Void
Cashback
The Secretary
Summer of '42
Island in the Sky
The Baron of Arizona
2 Days in Paris
The Trial...Orson Welles version.

Love this movie. After seeing this, I have complete faith in anything Justin Lin does. I highly recommend it.

saw this a couple years back it was freaking amazing i heard William Monahan(The Departed,Kingdom Of Heaven,London Boulevard) was gonna script the US Remake

That would be pretty cool actually if he is going to write it.

Everything Figs recommended above are a huge yes!

I can't decide which of those movies is my favorite but I ended up buying The Chaser and H on DVD since I gave up waiting for a Blu-ray release.

The Chaser was such an emotional thriller that I just felt mentally exhausted by the end. Not many movies can do that to me. Just so good.

Fish Story was one of my favorite movies from a few years ago. I believe it's on Netflix and it's a gem. Awesome awesome ending!

They're on Netflix. I'm gonna check them out, they seem good.

Screamers-

Basically this movie sets a great template for low budget Sci-Fi..not an incredibly original plot or concept but really some solid acting jobs, excellent set and camerawork, great mood and vibe...very well done movie.

Plus it's got peter weller.

Breakheart Pass
Mr. Majestik
From Noon Till Three
The White Buffalo
The Mechanic (original)

Yeah none of them are great, but all of them are pretty good, underrated Charles Bronson flicks.
