Sam Seaborn - The West Wing

I'm not sure what to say about this character. He's just really, really odd but so funny.

Josh Lyman - The West Wing

Such a great character. I loved how he always looked tired no matter what part of the day it was. The episode with him and the shrink is one of the best episodes of television ever.

Randy Marsh - South Park

Just so ridiculas. Lives his life like a bad movie.

Angel - Angel

A vampire with a soul fighting for redemption? That's huge for television, that's operaic.

Barney Stinson - How I Met Your Mother

That guy is a sex fiend, a scum bag, selfish, egotiscal and has serious emoional issue's But is sstill extremely likeable. It of course helps that the guy is legend-wait for it - dary.

Julian: Totally cool guy, always has a rum & coke in his hand. Didn't even lose it when the s#!tmobile flipped while they were transporting their MJ crop. It was hilarius.

Ricky: A total idiot, but a great guy. Says whatever comes to mind as soon as he thinks it. He has no internal sensor. It's funny as hell.

Bubbles: Lives in a shed and has a bunch of cats. "Kitties shouldn't smell like cigarettes, they should smell like kitties." He's the heart of the group. Whenever Ricky and Julian come up with a scheme to make a ton of money, Bubbles is the one who makes sure they don't do anything too stupid.

Mike Logan from Law & Order from 90-95. It was awesome when Noth returned to play him in the TV Movie and to play him on CI.

I even found a old brown leather trench coat like his last year I had to buy it.

If you've seen his rare talk show appearances then you'll notice he's playing himself (not only in name) in Curb.

Close enough for me, but he's also said he's a bit more socially cautious and sensitive than Curb Larry.

The "bit" that he did when he was on Conan recently was hilarious and explained why he rarely makes talk show appearances.

He talked about how he couldn't understand why anyone would want to have a social conversation in front of a live audience and millions of viewers.
