This is a quote from BMBendis:

I love it.

What I love about this quote is that it so perfectly demonstrates that "he overcomes his flaws to succeed in the face of adversity the way an actual hero would" isn't even a possibility in the mind of "Captain Hackwork" Bendis.

"Two things can happen any time a hero does anything: He runs away, or he fails! Or both!" is like the ur-statement on Writing Comics the Bendis Way.
