I've always prefared Smallville's outfit to the standard 'Robin Hood' like outfit he usually dons in any comic/cartoon adaption..

I love Green Arrow in DC Comics, but never cared for his costume.

I'm glad they seem to have decided to adopt the superior Smallville costume for Ollie.

I like it, I just hope they don't include the hood and the sun glasses.
But I would be willing to accept a hood, that he doesn't wear, and some type of goggles.

I was just thinking that they should have GA grow a goatee (spelling?) To have him start looking more like his comic counterpart.

But having his comic counterpart start dressing more like him works too.

u can see the hood and GA i believe for many years now has been sporting a hoodie like thing prior to SV green arrow showing up. Plus u can see in pic he has his comics mask on the ground.

Im loving that picture. Especially as a Smallville fan. Only thing is isn't Ollie supposed to be getting a new costume sometime this season? Ironic that the comics would adopt the familiar Smallville Green Arrow look just as it's about to change on the show. The picture also makes me wish for the goatee for Ollie on Smallville if not this season maybe next season.

The shades make more sense than the mask. Ollie isn't super-powered, he relies on that green gas crap and technology to be Green Arrow, so having shades that analyse his surrounding environments (and I presume allow him to communicate with Watchtower) is better than having a fabric/plastic mask.

well yea i know they are just sunglasses but they are more goggle like and have zoom/etc.... features in them. So i like to consider them more goggles then sunglasses.

in the show the glasses he wears are Zeal Blasts. They are glasses for cyclists.

They had shown back last season in Odyssey that the glasses he wears are like heads up displays, not just sunglasses... they give him info about his surroundings and now also give him data from Chloe back in Watchtower.

The regular mask is a bit old school, I think. The glasses fit the look of the rest of his costume. They don't really work as well in a real life world as they do in the comic world.

well u got to remember in comics, artists tend to draw male heros to be extermely muscluar and woman to have C cup or bigger breasts.
