Get off this site and let your kids get on! :argh::argh::argh:

Sorry, I just really loathe cuddly-looking characters in comics. Ch'p is one of my least favorite lanterns, but I understand his involvement with the show. I just hope he doesn't become a regular.

it seems like the constructs are a lot more creative than they were last season. I'm digging that.

I noticed that as well. i'm glad.

nothing was more annoying in JLU than seeing John use lasers for everything. :whatever:

i was hoping they were done with the ship. i rather see them flying through space like in the beginning of the episode.

Same here, I'm over the ship. Great to see Ch'p today though.

Well Hal's a pilot, so it makes sense that he would prefer a ship as his method of travel through space. He even referred to it as his ship, so I don't see it being gone anytime soon.

Yeah, major props there
I see what you did there :woot:

It made sense for his characters background, he was a military man. No-nonsense and straight-forward, same way it makes sense for Kyle Rayner to have alot of graphic constructs based on his artist background.

He was an architect in the comics. Don't see why they took that out.

i wouldn't have a problem if it was a ship construct he made, but an actual ship is a step backwards. the ring can open up hyperspace, a ship is irrelevant. sure for the first season it was their base of operations. now they are back let them go to the various gl outpost, mingle with the other lanterns from those sectors.

i thought them introducing a new ai in the ship was going to mean aya was free from it. so they could keep her but ditch the ship.
besides the ship can pilot itself. there is no challenge in that for hal. him using his ring to fly is more of a challenge, maybe even the ultimate challenge for a test pilot. no manual controls, it's all willpower.

plus i'd rather see the gl silhouette in space.

Well...that was an incredibly interesting episode and a very strange ending.

GReat to see Tomar-Re, kilowog and Hal all fighting side by side :)

I have a feeling that Hal is going to have an adventure in the anti-matter universe where he meets the Weaponers of Quard (and, dare I say it a banished Sinestro).

Nah. He's still Green in the episode that airs October 27th.

The ship is a form of theater in space. Great space based Sci-Fi incorporates the use of ships. Note that this past episode was very much like Star Trek. Jordan was like Captain Kirk, Tomar Re was like Spock and Kilowog was kind of sorta like Warf. You also had the Anti-monitor, who was more like a Galactus figure with the Man-hunters serving as his heralds.

it was nice to see Ch'p..but where in the hell is sinestro...red lanterns blah blah...i want sinestro

chaselon...awwwww

I like what I see this show is very interesting. Hope it last having the star wars tv series luck.

Somehow I think that CN wont be bringing this back along with YJ.

If that's the case then DC should put it in KidsWB or create a time Warner TV network the company is that rich.

I'll be shocked if it doesn't get at least one more season. The buzz from young fans, veteran fans, and critics is very positive.

I just don't think they are as invested in the Green Lantern character anymore and will cut their losses... regardless of critical praise. This show was supposed to be apart of a blossoming Green Lantern brand/franchise, and we know that didn't happen.

They can't even get a toyline out of this show.
