The first quote was in fact from Night Of The Living Dead (1990 Remake), from the scene where Barbara takes control of the situation and stops being a victim. The second quote is from the original Dawn Of The Dead, from when the black cop and Fly Boy raid the gun shop in the mall for weapons and ammo.
