Halloween 2006- what are you going as?

Hey fellas, I'm sure theres a thread about this already but its probably buried 200 threads back. I already posted this over at BOTB but some of you probably dont go there, lol. SO, here are some progress pics of my Beyond costume (that i've been working on over a few years, haha). Here was the jacket looks like:

I ordered the boots on ebay, they were only around 40 bucks (they're the cheap halloween superhero boots):

I made my own gauntlets (I cannibalized a set of shin guards). The fins are made of foamies, I just recently plasti-dipped the whole thing:

The cowl was made by Uncle Ed (he made it for me a few years ago), the color started to fade (white patches everywhere) so everybody told me to plasti-dip it. Well, it was plasti-dipped back to perfection:

And finally, my gloves just came in the mail today (all the way from Hong Kong! No wonder it took so long!). They are SWAT riot/combat gloves:

Now all I need to do is order the pants and I'm all set Oh btw, Janty made my belt. I'll post pics of that later

i have no idea what I'm gonna do for halloween..... but last year my friends dressed like characters from the matrix.. I went along with them and when asked what my costume was.. I told people I was the Oracle... disguised as a guy in his 20's.
