Now that halo 3 has been out for a couple of days what do you think is the best of the trilogy

To me halo 3 is probally the best of the 3 because campain seemed more intense especially some of battles with the

Same here i didnt get to play beta so that was my first time riding the mongoose and going in circles around the scarab and shooting at it was pretty sweet

I LOVED Halo, it was the reason i bought an Xbox, by the time Halo 2 came out, i couldnt stand it any more as i had moved on to more realistic shooter(ie Rainbow Six). Well Halo 3 has restored what i loved about Halo. Im having a blast with this game, the MP just works.

3, 1, 2...3 was the best balanced, with a great single player and great multiplayer, 1 was great, but it's lack of online is what gets it a lower score, and then 2 had an incredibly mediocre campaign mode with horrible boss battles, but it had good online that saved it.

2. black guys who called me a p**sy every time I died

3. white guy who called me a n**ger every time I killed them

5. british and austrailian people who weireded me out by sounding very high class while swearing at me in there crazy nonsensical ways

did you at least go into your recent players list and report everyone who was talking like that? That way once they get to a certain amount of negative feedback they get at least suspended from live, and at most banned...plus, it'll avoid them and never put you in a game with any of them again.

halo one is classic, halo 2 was even better (all though it had a single player was pretty short, and the ending scene was weak it was very fun while it lasted), but halo 3 just completley raised the bar. amazing game.

the scene when the halo rises is one of the coolest and most epic things ive ever seen in a video game. this game is so much like a movie at times.

I can't decide. I was SOOO pissed with how they mutilated the pistol in 2 and 3. I used to be able to take down Hunters in TWO HITS with that thing! One hit, however, was also possible.
