Wow, that created quite the image! I imagine him sitting in his car, scouting someone's house; he's holding a profile, complete with glossy 35mm photos and finger print images. The house he's scouting belongs to a person from this forum with whom he's had signficant political disagreements. In Paladin's lap, a cool, steel-blue 9mm pistol. Dangling from his lip, a Marlboro red, its smoke barely escaping through the slightly lowered and thinly fogged window beside him.

Since they're planning on setting the movie in Detroit, I can only imagine that they're going to "urbanize" it and make it in modern times with a "thug life" sort of take on it. Completely destroys the character if that's what they really decided to do, IMHO.
