I don't get at all why the people who are watching from a distance, disrupting filming. Could someone please explain this to me in more detail, because as far as I'm concerned, they're not getting in the way of the crew, actors, or Nolan on the set. They're just watching, so unless they're being drunken idiots (like the ones from the night before), or the 2 kids who yell out to the cast and crew on set (like in the guys report), or are using flashes on their camera (which I'm sure people understand not to do by now), why are they getting in the way of filming? Please explain.
the other day someone got footage of the Scarecrow on set. if Cillian isn't announced in the cast that's because WB wanted to keep it a secret. someone also saw the fake Batman being gassed. it's completely reasonable that they'd want prevent details being leaked. if friendly crew members want to talk to fans that's all well and good but the security guys they have their own job to do.
AMENImagine how annoying it must be for all the people making the film. I know people are within their rights to watch and stuff, but if they are being told to leave then it's for a reason.
One of the kids recognized somebody on the set, and the three of them yelled across the street, to the set (on the other side of the next block), shouting over and over, trying to get the guy's attention.
Dumbasses.
There I was, watching the set, not making any noise, not taking any pictures, just enjoying myself, when this car comes ZOOMING at me from the other side of the structure. It was an attempt to intimidate me, by sending the car flying and slamming the brakes suddenly, less than six inches from my legs.
I wish there was footage of this, because this was a shining moment - I wasn't going to let these goons intimidate me. As the car approached, when I first noticed it, I turned my head to look at the driver for a brief second. It was halfway across the structure, showing no signs of slowing down, speeding towards me. And I just turned my head back and continued to watch the set.
I knew the car was about to hit me, but I didn't do anything - they knew and I knew, that if they hit me, their ass would be in a sling (even if I didn't do anything about it afterwards).
Clearly, they were frustrated by my failure to react to their scare tactics. They got out of the car and waited, and I refused to acknowledge them. After a few more seconds, having realized that I wasn't going to give in to scare tactics or pay them any attention, they came right up to me and tried to get in my face.
Now I'll forgive the guy for not knowing who I was and treating me as such - most of my work isn't in the Loop (my business usually takes me more often to the South Side, Hyde Park, and spots of the North side). So if he doesn't give me all the respect I deserve - so be it. But the complete lack of respect, and attempts to intimidate, were insulting - even to an average person.
I attempted to explain to him that it was a parking structure, and he had no business telling me where I could and could not be if I wasn't on the set. He argued back, and started to threaten physical violence. I'd stand up to the ****er in a fight, if I had to.
I also got a real good view of the ID badges the crew was wearing, so it should be easy for me to create a mock-up forgery, and walk right on the set.
AMEN
why did this happen? because someone is an idiot or what?
fact is that this guy doesnt know what was ffilmed exact.y he doesnt have the details.
maybe somoen saw him walking to the light guys and they thought that he was there to make problems.
why didnt he leave? why couldnt he left them alone to film this f... movie?
WB and the crew are 2 different things. The set was completely open to the street, the crew couldn't be that bothered. They just don't want production to be interrupted.
Aww I wish the guards would have tasered him.

yeah i meant that WB will hire security guys regardless if certain crew members don't mind talking to fans, which they will do if they feel like it. so you'll have instances where a costume guy is talking to a fan outside a trailer while two blocks away blinged-out thugs are getting paid to trash talk to someone who *might* have a camera or is about to witness a crucial scene
how good would it be if the thugs wore clown masks when they yelled at people?
i wonder what this guy would do if nolan himself would ask him to leave.
you think he would told him that he can be there? bull.... i bet that he would listen to him and go.
