Superman Returns: HBO First Look will air on Monday, June 19th at 10:15 PM.

Superman Returns Movie Special with air on MTV on Friday, June 23rd at 7:00 PM.

Now I have a hard time keeping up with news, updates, postings, etc. Gone from the forum a while and when you come back, LOTS of new stuff going on.

I will definatly watch the HBO one, but every Mtv movie special is s#!t. The V for Vendetta one made me want to throw stuff at the tv because it was was so friggin' lame yet full of itself. I exspect more of the same.

YES!!!! Sometimes you just wanna sit and watch music videos. Instead, you get.... RERUNS OF LAGUNA BEACH!! OH boy do i love that show.

I think he's talking about VH1 classic. They just had a great Heavy Metal Month back in May, showed a bunch of old old old videos from various groups.

in the AM from 5am to around 9am they show vids...nice while you are getting ready for work

And they were showing it in HBO en Español already....

It's the times we live in...every channel seems to be changing it's format to a point where it's unrecognizable. MTV and VH1 now have NOTHING to do with music, G4 (the video game channel) now has NOTHING to do with video games, and Cartoon Network has started showing things like "Dumb and Dumber," "Spider-Man," (it's great, yes, but not a cartoon) "Saved by the Bell," and "Pee Wee's Playhouse."
TV sucks now...
But I'll be watching the MTV special...then MTV will return to being dead to me...

seriously... even mtv2, which used to play almost nothing but music, dosen't anymore.

just as well, i hate the music they promote, and i hate the fact that they get to tell 12 year olds what's cool.

i'll still watch both specials, though. the mtv one might have some nice new footage.
