Just read that this season was supposed to be 10 episodes, but they were asked to make it 8 again. This latest episode seemed rather packed so that may be one of the reasons...cramming stuff from the "lost" 2 episodes into the rest of the season.

As soon as the girls offered to pay for his alcohol, I was like "Get out!!!" Then I thought they were gonna jump him and steal his car only to see he was about to get into some fetish nonsense.

Molly seems to be the only person to have any sort of growth this season.

Molly has growth because she's the only one to admit that she has issues and is working to deal with them.

Issa and Lawerence are both going through crap but seem to think the best way to fix their ish is to get under as many someone news as possible.

I was hoping that Molly would stick with the therapist. She had me thinking about my life too.

Issa and Lawrence just need to talk. To me, it's weird that they're so quick to try and move onto other people after 5 years together. If they aren't going to be together, I feel there probably should be more time being single and content about that.

I think that's the point of the show though. Issa and Lawrence are re-learning how to be single. I mean, 5 years doesn't sound like a long time, but dating in 2012 is WAY different than in 2017. I've been married for 2 years, but with my wife for 6 and I can honestly say I wouldn't know how to navigate single life if we separated.

I love the writing on this show as they are doing a very good (and humorous) job of showing how people can flounder about life until they figure their ish out.

Damn, the second season finale... had to wait the whole season just to have that moment I had been wanting for what felt like so long. It was a good scene.
