Help with SPybot

I installed this and it keeps saying an unknown error occurred every time I open up the program. I can't remove any of the suspicious items and I can't Immunize my browser because it says I don't have administrative authority. I am my System's administrator so I'm not sure what's wrong. I also have tried to uninstall and reinstall and it won't let me uninstall the program.

Do you have CCleaner? Had a problem once with Zone alarm refusing to be uninstall but ccleaner removed it with no problems

No, I don't have it but I'll look for it. Is it a free download? I don't want to pay for something to remove one program :/ but if I have to guess I will.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the same error came up
Code 740: The requested operation requires elevation.

I'm uninstalling again and I get this error:


Service "SBSD Security Center Service" Failed to uninstall with error: "system error. Code: 1060. The specified service does not exist as an installed service"

No, I don't have it but I'll look for it. Is it a free download? I don't want to pay for something to remove one program :/ but if I have to guess I will.

It's free, comes in handy removing alot of crap from your PC
