Infinity War Hierarchy/Order of battle within the Avengers?

During the time from Avengers/Age of Ultron/Civil War, what was the ranking?

Cap was the leader with Stark being the financier right, but was Stark second in command? Or would that be Black Widow?

Were all members equal like say the Knights of the Round Table?

Just curious your thoughts. Cause you have the likes of Thor/Hulk and the likes of a Falcon, Hawkeye, BW. Could the likes of Thor take orders from a guy that primarily shoots arrow?

Up until The Winter Soldier, The Avengers were led by Nick Fury and funded by SHIELD. Then it was financed by Stark with Rogers making direct orders on the battlefield (something he probably did during major teamups to some extent anyway.)

Post-Civil War, it's hard to say. Stark still funds The Avengers officially, but what does that mean at this point? Thor and Hulk are not even on Earth. Rogers is the leader of quite a large faction of former Avengers, and that team seems to be funded by Black Panther.
