High School=hell

Well, at least ya won't come to school one day and the teachers will be zombies.

High school wasnt that bad...

Junior High was the ****.

7th grade was the best year of school I've ever had.

Speak for yourself, at least with 7th grade. :o Ok, 8th grade isn't that bad, but I really hope it gets better. And, again, 7th grade was just pure, concentrated hell, period. :down

Though I did learn and change a lot in 7th grade, not just in the textbooks, I mean, so I wouldn't screw up socially again. Ever.

Last year was my freshmen year in High school, now, in 29 days, I go back to to school. Yes, I know 29 days is a good amount of days left, but I get bad anxiety about things like that. So anyway, last year, my life was hell in high school. I'm so nervous about going back and especially being a sophmore now. Anynbody have any suggestions on how to make me not nervous and keep my mind off of it for the next month? :csad::csad::csad:

Just take comfort in that it's not as bad as college. If you think that it's bad having to go to class with *****ebags, living with them is even worse. :o

I used to get made fun of a lot. Once I started beating peoples a$$es it stopped. Sometimes you just have to come out of your shell. Don't try to be something you aren't, just be comfortable with who you are.

This really is the best possible advice there is. You really have to say **** everyone else. Love who you are and be comfortable being yourself. Don't do anyone else, just do you.

Do the things you like and enjoy, hang out with the people you are friends with and don't be afraid of putting yourself out there. Kill them with kindness. And if they are jerks, which plenty of them are. **** them, they are *****es and will grow up with time and learn they were jerks or they will be *****es for the rest of their lives.

High school really should be some fun years. I played sports, got laid, had a job, got a car, hung out with friends on the weekends, went to the beach, parties, did stupid stuff that was dumb at the time but I didn't realize it and now I can look back and laugh at it.

Enjoy your life and live it to the fullest. Don't waste your time with what other people think. The only thing that matters is your opinion of yourself and it should be a very high one.

Couldn't put it better myself. If you just say "**** what everyone else thinks" it's so much easier. Plus the people who are mean to you are usually the ones who are failing all of their classes and don't have the intelligence to carry out an actual conversation, so they just talk about other people. Think of where they'll be in ten years and you'll feel better. :cwink:

You should care what people think. But make sure its the right ppl. Ppl who think there better than you for petty reason, f*** em. But make sure you keep a good social life with ppl who share similar interest and is cool. And make sure you get a girlfriend or boyfriend (whatever your preference)

I enjoyed 7th and 8th grade. I didn't like 6th grade so much though. High school wasn't that bad either, but I hated 6th grade.

8th grade was my best year in Jr. High. For some reason they call it middle school now?

To be honest, I'm loving High School. I had a great time playing Football and Wrestling and loving Volleyball right now. I've also made a lot of friends since the beginning of the school year. Sure there are a few kids who are......eh, but so far I think High School is great.

How are the guys who wrestle in your school?

I swear to God, the guys here seem to have gay thoughts or something. They do some seriously creepy ass **** to me and other guys.

Dude, what's your malfunction?

it was always called middle school when I was there. I didn't even know it was called junior high. I guess it depends where you live.

Word. High school > college.

Yeah, I said it! :cmad:

Two of my three room mates are immature *****ebags. In high school the only "room mates" I had to worry about were my brothers, but even when we had problems with each other we were always cool at the end of the day. Sometimes I wonder if most college students really do have the maturity level of a six year old except with much filthier minds, or if I merely drew the short straw when I got sorted for room mates.

It's a crapshoot.

I can understand freshman roomates being complete *****ebags. college freshmen are no better than high school seniors in terms of *****e baggery. it gets better when you're older though. I can see a vast improvement between college seniors and high school seniors...

Unfortunately, the two room mates and the neighbor I have problems with are all Juniors, as am I. The one room mate who I do NOT have problems with, I'm pretty sure is a sophomore.

juniors? that sucks. maybe those guys, alone, are just *****e bags. In my experience, I've found that juniors and seniors are generally better than the freshmen and sophomores. but that's just me.
