Hiro to fight the T-Rex(really)

"I really have to find that sword"

Funniest line on the show to date.

What exactly would be important enough about Hiro being scared by a museum display to warrant Isaac painting it? So far he has painted meaningful events, not passing trivial occurrences.

It's possible, but I'm just guessing there's a little more to it.
I wouldn't call the painting of Nikki to be meaningful. I wouldn't call the close-up of Claire's face meaningful, either. And I wouldn't call the painting of Hiro and Ando beneath the Homecoming banner meaningful either. I think what's not in this painting is more important than what is in it.

Looks to be a fire in the background. I doubt the T-Rex started the fire.

Not saying this has anything to do with the T-Rex....but who knows

Milo Ventimiglia on Heroes

"I’d have to say, if you were blow away by what you saw in the first half of the season, you’re really going to be blown away by the second half," he said. "When there’s that fairy dust sprinkled on things and that excitement ‘are they really going to do this? Oh, my God, they just did it.' It’s going to be kind of hold your breath television."

As the empath who absorbs other heroes' powers, Ventimiglia has been one of the few cast members to costar with most of his ensemble. There are only a few left with whom he's hoping to share scenes.

"Leonard Roberts, Ali Larter. I think I’ve worked with everybody else. That was the nice thing about my character. I got to bounce around. But I haven’t worked with Ali or Leonard or Noah yet."

I'm interested in seeing how Peter will mimic Niki's power.

I'm thinking hiro goes to back to ancient japan gets the sword but as he trys to go back to the present he ends up going back to far, to when dinosaurs where around, he never actually fights the dinosaur he gets scared, puts up the sword but manages to come back to the present without getting eatenby the dinosaur.

/\ That's possible.

Highly doubt it would go something like this:

Hiro faces a gigantic T-Rex.

Hiro: Welcome to Jurrassic Park!

Hiro slices at the T-Rex and disappears.

there is speculation/rumor that he gets the sword [BLACKOUT]from a museum exhibit[/BLACKOUT].

I never even thought of that! Would Jessica use him as a vessel as well? If so, wouldn't she be more powerful than Peter? She would be everything she was in Nikki but she would utilize Peters abilities and therefore use everyones abilities. This is why I love this show, everything comes together perfectly and these powers compliment eachother perfectly. (I at first thought they were unoriginal untill the show progressed from the first two episodes)

i was thinking something along those lines. hiro's father takes him back to japan and hiro gets it there

none of the paitings ever show the person there gowing after.. this time.. he is blocked by a huge dinosaur..

So far hasn't all/most of Issacs paintings come true?

I see no signs of a museum in this painting. Looks like fire and smoke in the background.
Guess we'll have to see how it all plays out.

Its called symbolism. I'm pretty sure he is at a museum and behind the t-rex is Sylar and he gets the sword (could be in the museum too) to fight Slyar with it. You can not tell if Hiro is looking past the t-rex or right at it. Plus how are you going to explain a dinosaur in the year 2006?

Alot of issacs paintings are true on face value but often times the reality of the event and the assumptions that characters make about the event are different.

Like, its true Pete "flew" off a building but he cant fly, and its true that Pete looked dead infront of the school but he didnt die, and its true Sylar was standing over a dead cheerleader, but it wasnt Claire. And in this painting it looks like Hiro is fighting a T-rex, but... who knows what the reality will be.

Hiro was worried about stepping on a bug and changing time, how is killing a dinosaur any different?

By saying that he isn't in the year 2006?

Excuse me but you talking about a guy that can go forward or back in time, so Hiro could possible jump back millions of years

it was just a reference to a (i think) Bradbury short story.

I agree with the musuem theory, although i wouldn't mind seeing some of the othe theory come to fruition, and just a side note;it's not a t-rex,it's a carnotaurus.

:whatever:

I'd want to read minds like Greg Grunberg does, that way I'd know if Masi Oka was pulling my leg when he told me last week that we "will see Hiro fighting a T-Rex"

none of the dinosaurs are a distance relatives of us

It can still alter time irreparably. Perhaps that Dinosaur ate another dinosaur at some point in its life after Hiro shows up. If Hiro kills it, it doesn't eat that other dino. The dino that should be dead is now still alive, and it stumbles across a tasty mammal and eats it. That mammal may have led to the rise of species later in time that was an integral part of the ecosystem as our ancestors evolved. Now with that missing element, the ecosystem is not able to support the evolutionary path humans originally evolved on. Human evolution is changed, and the hero gene is never formed. No more gene, no more heroes.

the end.

or maybe Hiro does something in time that makes the heroe's?

i think that it will be at a museum and sylar uses his abilities to make a t-rex exhibit come to life, thus we have hiro fighting a t-rex

Thats an interesting idea.

As we know that Sylar is teleknetic (sp?) what if he uses a T-Rex model like a puppet and attacks Hiro with it?

nowhere in the article does it say that Hiro WILL fight the dinosaur.....

100 till 3000
