Don't know how much success Sony would have if they decided to sue, since Tencent is directly backed by the Chinese government, I think, but based on the trailer, they're definitely ripping off the Horizon games.

Its a copycat, but I don't know what goodwill it will do for Sony to enter a legal battle in China, of all places.

At this point, they should just focus developing Horizon III.
