Is this figure legit? I've only seen this pic and I believe I saw it a few months ago as well. Hot toys figures are unbelievable, I would love to pick this up if its real
Well as far as I know, Hot Toys is doing a Michael Keaton Batman but has not released the figure yet. I hope it comes out soon, but not to the detriment of quality, of course.
I believ both this and the Jack Joker figure are legit, saw the pics in a promo on the HT website. (Or was it an e-mail newsletter from HT? either way it was directly from HT)
Yea, HotToys has a page on Facebook that they update regularly, and they've had the B 89' license for a while now so hopefully we'll see something soon.
Well, maybe those pics are fake, but Hot Toys did indeed have a teaser pic implying there would be a both an '89 Batman and Joker. I'm certain they wil be released eventually.
The pic isn't made by hot toys, but they do indeed have the license and we should be seeing product soon. They went so far as to confirm the batmobile in a Q and A.
Oh that it does. If only I had the gusto to cough up that kind of cash to get that thing though, as that and the recently released Eagle Moss and Hot Wheels matte finish elite 1:18th versions are the only models of the Keaton Batmobile I haven't added to the "armory."
I will say though that for a fraction of the price (and size) the 1:18th Hot Wheels movie Batmobile from like 04' is a pretty nice piece. Though my favorite is still the Kenner Dark Knight Collection batmobile
yeah I have the Hot Wheels one... it was from 2003 so you were close! Bro, definitely pick one up. You can occasionally get them for a deal on ebay (got mine for $75US)... it's the best Batmobile I've ever seen.
Whoops I think you misread me. I have the 1:18th hot wheels one from 2003. (paid like $50ish in a poorly titled auction) The one that I don't have is the "elite" 1:18th one, the only difference being the matte grey finish and the bizarre gold highlights. As it's strikingly inaccurate, I never felt the need to get that one.
Idk if you have it, but the 1:50 Series 2 Movie Batmobile from the "batman hot wheels series" from toysrus a few years ago is also pretty nice.
