I'm serious, Kindergarten Cop was a barely successful film, yet I've heard this phrase in rap songs, people on the radio, or just people in general that say it just to be funny. Is it as memorable as Arnold's other quotes over the years? And I know you have to say it like, "IT'S NOT A TOO-MAH!!!"
