In the gym, or when I'm running/any type of sports, I just have to rock the trusty banana hammock to keep the package from bouncing around too much.
When going out/everyday life, boxer briefs are best. Good support and more comfortable I reckon.

Not "white", but I wear briefs, not only for actual comfort, but because quite frankly, boxers scare me.

As a teen I tried them. They weren't bad. but not all that great, I just had to get used to them. But I sat down. As I was sitting down, one of the boys got too close to the fake leg. Ker-unch.

And boxer-briefs just don't do it for me.

I hate to sound like a dick but tightie whities are for guys with....veeery small packages to deliver. (And I'm not talking about UPS drivers).

I think boxer briefs are the best in which to workout. However, you aren't the first guy that I've heard who has told me they are more comfortable in briefs or a speedo when working out. Some guys swear by small undies. Whatever works, IMO.
