I'll give myself a bur several times a year with my beard trimmer, but not 'cream & razor' bald...

Pits is no big deal, its more to save my opponent the trouble of breathing in my pit hair. I can see the legs messing with your head though...no big deal, everything is not as it seems...

But wouldn't hairy arm pits give you an upperhand in wrestling?

It's true! But...when i was into some extensive weight training last spring I found my armpits becoming extremely uncomfortable as i was gaining upperbody mass and hitting the weights more often. There was some definite chaffing going on under there and i shaved my pits for the first time and this led to IMMEDIATE relief. I never shaved them in H.S. or for football or anything b/f but this was a WELCOMED experience for sure.
