It's one of the things I myself I'm not afraid to bring up when dating someone. I want to know everything and if I can get you to get tested,score

But ,I've come across a lot of men that just don't want to talk about STDs and AIDS,as if they're immune

Just straight out ask. If they get all embarrased, its because they think they've been with too many (doubtful) or not enough (likely). Depending on the person, this is or isn't a big deal as long as everyone is honest. If they get upset, then they are probably hiding something. Which should be a deal breaker.
My wife asked me this very question; we compared notes, told each other "Good Work", and then went to town. So like Blind Fury said, most men should be more than happy to here a women ask about their History. It's good sign, that we are about to get some.

Trust me,I talk a lot and harass to no end ,it's what I do
I just wish more people were open to discussing it when meeting then the next person I meet wouldn't be all freaked out.

It is found in semen and vaginal fluids,that's why you wear a condom.
