I'm single now, but for the ex fiance and I, it was a toss up between variations of 1, 2, and spooning (which I'm really surprised isn't listed). Spooning was the most uncomfortable, because I could never find a good place to put my arm. A version of 2 was the most comfortable. I'd stretch out, and then she'd saddle up next to me and drape an arm and leg over me. Can't complain there.

Also, sleeping positions and their comfort level tend to depend on whether or not you do it before hand. If so, then damn near anything is good.
