How excited are you for Halo 3?

Im a huge fan and im so excited! The beta dissapointed me a little but now im over it cuz recently I went to the Halo 3 IMAX preview (which is basically frankie and lukems playing co-op campaign) and it was amazing! The graphics are probably the best for any game console and it looked funner then ever! And at PAX I saw a few guys playing on guardian (which is a remake of lockout) and this other map that I dont remember the name of. So im pretty much stoked! I cant wait!!!!

I hated Halo 2, and this just looks like Halo 2 with extra shinyness. I mean, I guess it's cool to have a massive online death match, but the least they could do is make it a smidge less generic. If it wins game of the year, all hope is lost.

I agree, BioShock deserves GOTY no matter what. But I do like the Halo series, myself, and I don't really get why people have the urge to bash it incessantly when they probably don't even care to pay attention to the finer details. But that's just my opinion.

I felt it was a great FPS, with gameplay and pacing yet to be matched in the last 7-8 years it's been released.

As for Halo 3, i mean im not too stoked as i never really cared for the 2nd, the 1st one was the reason i bought an Xbox however. I prefer more realistic FPS games, such as Rainbow Six and Call of Duty. Ill prolly end up purchasing it after i see everyone registered for Xbox Live playing it.

Meh, Assassin's Creed can go fist itself. Not that I'm not going to get the game, but I doubt it's going to be near as imaginative as BioShock is/was. They need to cure that floating corpse syndrome as well.

I think it'll be just as imaginative as Bioshock with all the "sci-fi" elements ubi is talking about.

I found it incredibly stupid when Peter Moore said that the Halo series has one of the best stories ever told, called the fans the Halo Nation, and showed the Halo 3 Edition of the Xbox 360. I'm even seeing freaking Halo 3 Mountain Dew.

I'm sure it'll be a good game, but damn, I am just sick of hearing about it.

Halo 3 isnt even hyped that much. It only started to get hyped when the MD game fuel came out. And plus what do you expect, its HALO 3!!!
