Theres 3 different ways to catch this flick the first time you see it, Regular theater, Imax, and (if yer city's cool enough to have one) The drive through. Which one are you gonna be at when you pop yer dark knight cherry and why?

Im goin to Imax to see mine, btw.

I'll be in Nashville the weekend of July 18th. IMAX theater.

First screening: Regular Theatre (I don't want my first viewing impacted by expanding screens and whatnot so I'm going to go with what I'm used to)

Second screening: IMAX

Hopefully at the IMAX, but if not a regular theater will do.

Regular theatre, i like to see the whole screen.

Regular theatre. Sadly I am not as lucky as most of you, the only IMAX theatre here is around 3 hours away, and I would have to pay nearly 30 euros in train costs just to get there.

Regular Cinema for the first viewing.... then, if the bank account allows... Imax.

My gf and myself took July 18th off to go see it! We are gonna have Breakfast and then drive to the nearest IMAX to so go see it. CAN'T WAIT!

Regular theater at midnight, and Imax after work... both opening night of course.

12:01AM
IMAX...

but, can I buy the tickets online?

Regular theather...no IMAX near :csad:

I saw my first IMAX movie yesterday and it was Kung-Fu panda, so I can't wait to go see the Dark Knight like that. That said, I wanna go see it at my local theater where every Midnight Show hundreds of us fanboys show up. Wherever I go, I'm bringing all my friends and coming with a bat belt, harvey dent pins, and joker make-up.

Where should I go?

Actually yeah, well my imax theater is anyway

I just called, and they said it's possible to buy them online...LOOK OUT TDK TICKETS...Im going to buy ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also took off 2 days of work to go see it :)

You and me both, my friend haha!!

BTW, I know advanced tickets are going on sale on Friday, but does that include Canada, as well?

I tried calling my nearest IMAX theater but can't get a hold of an actual living breathing human being (Surprise, surprise) LOL!

Seeing it the first time on Imax...getting my tickets this Friday! :)

That was my problem...

Did you call the ScotiaBank IMAX?

Because I called them, and pressed 3...and it rang rang rang...and NO ONE...than I tried again and talked to a girl, she said that I could buy them online. (but I dont know if I trust her, she sounded like a teenager who couldnt care less about her job...haha, I sound like an old man, Im only 19, but when it comes to this, I take it seriously...and she didnt sound like she cared...so I am concerned)

ARGHHHHHHH OMGZZZZZZZ11!!!!!11111

Yes I called the Scotiabank, lol......

Decision I'm trying to make with the friends I am bringing is which showtime to buy tickets for.
I'm seeing the midnight showing BUT I know for a fact the majority of the people coming can't make it till the Friday night screenings....
So should I buy advanced tickets for the midnight showing OR the Friday night showing?

I would assume (but could be wrong) that it should be easy to purchase Friday night tickets at the desk when comes time to go watch the movie?

Most likely regular theater, there are like three IMAX's in the entire state of CT.
